AASBB Governance

The Board of AASBB is to be headed by the Chairperson. The Chairperson and Board members are appointed by the Minister of Finance. The Board elects Vice-Chairperson from amongst the Board members. The Board Members of AASBB are: 1. Mr. Tashi, Auditor General, Royal Audit Authority. 2. Mr. Ugyen Namgyal, Chief Executive Officer, Tangsibji Hydro Energy Limited. 3. Mr. Karma Jambayyang, Chief Audit Officer, Royal Audit Authority. 4. Mr. Karma Yeshey, Registrar, Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Ms. Dechen Yangzom , Director, Department of Internal Audit, Royal Monetary Authority Ltd. 6. Mr. Chandra B. Chhetri, Secretary General, Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 7. Mr. Sherub Dorji, Lecturer, Gedu College of Business Studies. 8. Ms. Kinzang Wangmo, AASBB Secretariat - Member Secretary
